3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with spa) plus a secret shower room, private entrance and courtyard, private swimming pool, large patio, huge sun deck, carport, BBQ and fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps up to 6.

Kitchen is five star and fully equipped with granite benchtops, dishwasher, gas and electric cooktops, microwave and large refrigerator.

There is a BBQ on patio, full laundry with washing machine and dryer, lounge with TV, DVD, VCR, sound system plus second TV and DVD for bedroom.

Sun loungers and chairs on upper bedroom balcony, and poolside courtyard.

The dining area has 2 walls of glass doors that open completely for al fresco dining.

Both lounge and dining areas accommodate 6 persons.

RATES

Our rates vary according to season - low and high, and depend on number of people occupying the villa and the length of stay. 

The range is from $250 per night low season for low occupancy to $550 per night high season for 6/7 persons. Minimum rate in school holidays $425 per night.  Call us for a quote.

Discounts may be offered for longer stays and returning visits outside of school holiday periods.

LOW SEASON -  1st November to 20th December, 10th January to 31st May except Easter week.

HIGH SEASON - 1st June to 31st October, Christmas and Easter Holidays.

Deposits of min 30% of total amount are required to secure a booking.  Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival in low season, 60 days prior to arrival in high season and 90 in advance prior to arrival in school holiday time.

Deposits may be made by direct deposit, cheque, or Visa or Mastercard (3% cc fees apply)

Cancellations - deposits will be refunded if notified in writing prior to balance due date, less  booking fee of 12% ot total amount.  If notified after balance due date as per above no refund unless the villa is re let to alternative guests at no loss of rent.  If rate is less then difference plus booking fee will be charged and balance refunded.
